This is a reminder that CME has launched a new Portal website (CME
Connect) available through your internet browser at
http://connect.cme.com
. The existing portal, http://portal.cme.com, will be decommissioned effective
Monday, June 18, 2007. CME Connect is accessible using the same ID and
password that is used to access the existing portal site.
Please note that clearing applications within CME Connect, such as
Front End Clearing (FEC) and C21 Positions, have not changed. They are still accessible using
their respective IDs and passwords.
To help us speed up the migration of all portal users to the new CME
Connect site, we are asking those who utilize the current portal to switch to the new site
http://connect.cme.com and use it for production clearing
processing.
